Volvo Dead Battery – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating reports that certain Volvo vehicles will suddenly experience a dead battery. Our investigation has indicated that owners and lessees of 2021-2023 model year Volvo XC40, XC60, and XC90 vehicles will inexplicably suffer a dead battery. Other Volvo vehicles may be impacted by this issue. Owners or lessees will leave their Volvo vehicles parked for a day or more without operation and come back to their vehicle to find the battery is dead.
