Tina Wolfson Appointed Interim Co-Lead Counsel in Passenger Vehicle Replacement Tires Antitrust Litigation

Tina Wolfson of Ahdoot Wolfson was recently appointed interim co-lead class counsel for a proposed class of End-Payor Plaintiffs (EPPs) in the In re: Passenger Vehicle Replacement Tires Antitrust Litigation, Case No. 5:24-md-3107 (N.D. Ohio) (Hon. Sara Lioi). This consolidated multidistrict litigation alleges that tire manufacturers conspired to fix prices for replacement tires. Ms. Wolfson represents indirect purchasers who bought replacement tires from entities other than the manufacturer defendants (such as auto dealerships and other retailers) for their own use and not for resale.
