Rust-Oleum RockSolid 2X, 6X, 20X Adhesion Defect – Class Action Investigation

Despite proper application, homeowners report that these Rust-Oleum products peel, chip, crack, flake, strip, and otherwise prematurely degrade and fail within weeks and months of application to decks and other wood surfaces.
