Panorama Eyecare Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

Ahdoot Wolfson is investigating a potential data breach class action against Colorado-based physician-led management services organization Panorama Eyecare. 

According to a breach notification, the intrusion was detected on June 3, 2023 and an unauthorized actor had access to Panorama’s network between May 22, 2023, and June 4, 2023. Reports indicate that 377,911 people were victimized by the breach, and that the following data was involved: names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers/state IDs, financial account information, dates of service, and medical provider names.

Panorama’s failure to protect sensitive information may violate state and federal consumer protection and data privacy laws.
