Ahdoot Wolfson is interested in speaking with individuals who are manual workers for employers in the state of New York who have been or are being paid on a bi-weekly basis. Employers are required to pay “manual workers” within seven days after the end of the workweek under New York labor laws, and “on the regular pay day” under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
Many New York employers engage in practices of paying manual workers in New York on a bi-weekly basis. These practices may violate New York’s labor laws and the federal FLSA.
If you work as a “manual worker” in New York and are being paid on a bi-weekly basis, your rights may be impacted. Please fill out the form below and one of Ahdoot Wolfson’s lawyers promptly will contact you.
